Q&A: The Sims 3 Ambitions: How i can meet and add to town downloaded sims after installed?

I downloaded, and installed a lot of sims in the Sims 3 ambitions launcher. When i enter the game and enter my saved game i cant seem to meet or be in a position to add a copy to empty homes:

-What i have to do after installing them to be able to meet them in the town i play (twinbrook)?
-How i add them to empty houses?
